My name is Luca. I am an Italian chef who has called London home since 2017. My journey into the culinary world began the moment I realized that cooking is not just a craft—it's an ART. Since then, I have immersed myself in the study of global gastronomies, continually learning and evolving.
My mission is simple: to create a story in every bite, weaving stories and flavors that delight the senses.
My culinary style is rooted in modern European cuisine, with a particular emphasis on (of course) Italian dishes, which are one of my specialties. Over the years, my diverse professional experiences have broadened my palate and deepened my appreciation for global flavors. I am especially passionate about Asian cuisine, and I take great joy in blending the best elements of both European and Asian culinary traditions to create unique and unforgettable dining experiences.
